The Inland Lake Trail proper runs the 13 km circumference of Inland Lake, also referred to as Loon Lake, on a wheelchair accessible, and very popular trail.

The photos here depict the Sunshine Coast Trail hike, proceeding from Lost Lake on to join the Inland Lake Trail and around Inland Lake to the Confederation Lake Connector Trail.

There will be other photos of just the Inland Lake Trail proper posted under Other Trails, shortly.

The times on this series of photos continues from the Haywire Bay departure, which thus includes the time spent hiking to Lost Lake. This is essentially one trail with the highlight and namesake of the trail being in the middle of the trail. Only with special knowledge of the area is it possible not to hike this as one continuous hike, from Haywire Bay to Inland Lake, and even then that option provides little advantage.
